Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These terms cover your use of sixislands.net and any purchase of a Six Islands™ book. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
Six Islands™ is operated by i-oxr Pty Ltd, Adelaide, South Australia. Contact: tom@sixislands.net.
The product
The Six Islands Handwritten Edition is a premium blank hardcover. The financial education chapters are pre-printed; the Our Journey section is a set of ruled pages the parent or grandparent completes by hand and then gives directly to the recipient. Nothing personal is submitted to us for printing. The book is not financial advice - for advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars excluding GST unless stated otherwise. Once an order is confirmed, the price is fixed.
- Because you complete the book yourself by hand, we do not receive, edit, or reprint your personal content.
- We may decline or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances (for example, an obvious error), with a full refund.
Shipping
Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.
Returns and print faults
Because each book is a printed hardcover ready for you to complete by hand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your book arrives with a print fault, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll reprint at no cost.
Intellectual property
The Six Islands™ name, logo, book layout, illustrations, prompts, and accompanying copy are owned by i-oxr Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, adapt, or republish them without written permission. Because the Handwritten Edition is completed by you and never returned to us, we do not claim any rights in what you write inside your book.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and book are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, i-oxr Pty Ltd excludes all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
